How do I cancel/enroll my dental coverage?

You can only enroll/cancel during your first 30 days of employment, open enrollment or during a QLE (qualifying life event). Open enrollment for MetLife Dental is  June 1st - June 30th.

During open enrollment, if you'd like to cancel or enroll your dental coverage, you can simply complete the enrollment process on our online platform here.

What is a QLE?

Qualifying life events are events that would necessitate a change in coverage. Changes in coverage, family status, or place of residence are all factors that might count as a QLE.
