How to update your contact information

Updating your contact information (address, email, and phone number) is an important part of staying well informed about your benefits, especially during open enrollment. SDPEBA is working hard to get you the best rates and benefits, therefore, we want to make sure that you are informed timely to take advantage of these offerings. 

City Employees:

To update your address with the city, log into your SAP system and update. 

To update only your email or phone number, email support@SDPEBA.org or call (888) 315.8027.

County Employees:

To update your address with the county, reach out to your HR department 888.550.2203 and let them know your address has changed. They will communicate the changes to us each pay cycle.

Do you have AFLAC?
After you have updated your contact information, reach out to SDPEBA and inform us of what you have updated so that we can communicate these changes to AFLAC.
