SHARP offers three unique plans to active and retired members.
Active Employees can choose from the Classic Plan, the Select Plan. and the Saver Plan. While retired employees have access to the Direct Advantage Plan (this plan requires you to have Medicare), the Classic Plan, and the Select Plan.
Each of these plans varies and is built with different people in mind. When considering health insurance, compare their copay, coinsurance, out-of-pocket-maximums, and deductibles for a good start on determining the value of each plan. Weigh that against the monthly rate, which doctors cover your insurance (click here to find doctors near you that take Sharp Health Care), and how much you expect to be going to the doctors to help you make the best decision for you.
