How do I find out if my current dentist is an In-Network Provider?

This website allows you to find dentists in your area and can allow you to see if your dentist is an in-network provider. 

To find out if your current dentist is part of the MetLife HMO network:

  1. Go to this site.
  2. Under "Your Network," select Dental HMO/Managed Care.
  3. Enter your dentist's ZIP code or city, state.
  4. Enter your dentist's name or the name of their practice.
  5. Click Submit.
  6. On the next page, select your plan: "MET100."
  7. Click Go.

To find out if your current dentist is part of the MetLife PPO network:

  1. Go to this site.
  2. Under "Your Network," select PDP Plus.
  3. Enter your dentist's ZIP code or city, state.
  4. Enter your dentist's name or the name of their practice. 
  5. Click Submit.

From there you should be able to find your dentist, if your dentist is not on this list, you can click "filter your results" and extend the search radius. If your dentist is not showing up still then that means they are not part of the MetLife's network. If you think this is incorrect, contact your dentist before booking any appointments.
