Your ID card should arrive by mail, in 10 business days after enrollment, to the address you have on file with your employer. If you have changed your address you will need to update it with your employer.
If you did not receive your Sharp ID card, your address could be incorrect in your employers system. Please reach out to your employer to check accuracy.
If it is correct, email SDPEBA at email@example.com and we will request a duplicate be mailed to you.
If it is incorrect, update your address with your employer and email SDPEBA to request a duplicate be sent to your new address.
In the event you loose your Sharp ID Card email SDPEBA to request a duplicate mailed to you.
