Your ID card should arrive by mail, in 10 business days, to the address you have on file with your SAP account. If you have changed your address you can update it on your SAP account.
If you did not receive your Sharp ID card, your address could be incorrect in your SAP account. Check your SAP account for accuracy.
If it is correct, email SDPEBA at email@example.com and we will request a duplicate be mailed to you.
If it is incorrect, update your address on your SAP account and email SDPEBA to request a duplicate be sent to your new address.
In the event you loose your Sharp ID Card email SDPEBA to request a duplicate mailed to you.
