SDPEBA Member Portal


SDPEBA has just launched their online portal at The portal is for all employees and retirees who are signed up for SDPEBA benefits and can be accessed 24/7. The portal gives you the ability to view your current benefits under SDPEBA. You will need to register for the site and remember that the username and password you set up will need to be different then the one you set up for other portals.

Once you have registered you will be able to:

  1. View benefits - The benefit called "Affiliation" does not imply that you are or are not a member of that group. 
  2. Update mailing preferences, including opting in or out.
  3. *View Tax Info - Please note this will not be available until 2020 tax season.

To Register: Go to


  1. Click Register
    1. Enter 
      1. First Name
      2. Last Name
      3. Employee ID
      4. Birth Date
    2. Click Next
  2. Create Username and Password
  3. Choose Security Question'
    1. Click Next
  4. Click Finish
